i don't wanna go!! i'm not ready!! while i'll enjoy the adult time, my motivation to go back to work is nil. coop is starting to smile and be more alert and porter keeps me busy 24/7. . it is AMAZING what he can get into (salt cellar, fireplace ashes, tylenol bottle I thought I closed, just to name a few). . .coop is getting his hair cut on saturday-i know, i wanted to wait, but he's starting to look like christopher walken in joe dirt instead of a rock star. . .nana is taking him for a 2month check up on monday, then grandma and grandpa are coming for the week and porter goes back to school (the BIG boy class!). . . .*note:the first pic is porter at 2 months. . .

Update. . .

Coop is growing up fast! In his first two weeks, he gained TWO pounds. Still has the hair, which has now grown completely over his ears-he may need a haircut before two months! He has had a couple nights of 6 hour sleep and is pretty laid back-even with Porter poking him in the eyes.

We have another thumb sucker-who needs pacifiers?

Porter loves to be a big brother-most of the time. . .His favorite things: to ask a question and immediately reply with 'I don't know', the movie Cars (not kidding-I have seen it at least 20 times in the past month), and being chased around the house.

And this is what we do on our days off-find dead snakes and play with them. . Daddy would be so proud. . . .

Shower

Cooper's shower was a huge success. TONS of people (i.e. screaming children) came by to visit Coop. Kev and I appreciate all the gifts you gave to him and a big thanks to Lindsay and Kim for all of the great food and for remembering Porter. I'm sad to think it'll be our last baby shower. . . . .
